Blueberry Glaze
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, divided

Bahan-bahan:
2 cawan tepung naik sendiri } diayak
1/4 cawan gula
1/2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
sedikit pewarna kuning
1 biji telur
1 1/2 cawan susu segar (ganti dgn air biasa pun boleh tapi kureng skit lah rasanya nanti)
1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
Filling:
1 tin jagung krim -for homemade cream corn refer to *** below
1 cawan kacang tumbuk
1 cawan gula
sedikit mentega
Cara membuat:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup (45 grams) hazelnuts toasted
2 tablespoons (12 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups (350 grams) flour
1 cup (227 grams) butter at room temperature ( i used half butter & half margerin)
3/4 cup (150 grams) sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

150 gm gula castor
2 tsp baking power
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kecil garam
2 biji telur grade A
1 tsp esen vanilla
200ml air
note: resepi ni tak sesuai utk apam balik tebal - texture jadi kering bila masak klu buat yg tebal
