Shocho Bloeder-Roti Bluder

Bahan:
400gram Tepung Terigu Protein Tinggi-bread flour
100gram Tepung Terigu Protein Sedang-plain flour tp mummy guna cream flour
1bungkus Ragi Instant (11gram)
75gram Susu Bubuk Full Cream-susu tepung
150gram gula pasir
4biji kuning Telur
2biji putih Telur
25ml susu evaporated
175ml air ice
100gram mentega
1sdt garam

glaze:
  • 1/2 biji telur
  • 1 sudubesar fresh milk
  • 1 sudu kecil gula

cara:

  1. menggunakan breadmaker - basic bread program-total processing 3jam
  2. campur jadi satu bahan kering (tepung, ragi, susu bubuk & gula) di dalam bekas, campur sampai rata
  3. Masukkan telur, susu dan air sedikit-demi sedikit sambil terus di uli pakai bread maker sampai kalis
  4. masukkan mentega dan garam
  5. selepas 1 jam 45 min . kluarkan dari machine.-jgn lupa klu tak masak lak roti ni jd loaf bread
  6. bentukkan mengikut citarasa.roti ni dah manis tp nak taruk inti kacang merah pun boleh
  7. perap lagi selama 1 jam di tempat suam-tutup mengelakkan kering
  8. panaskan oven 180C -bakar selama 10min. keluarkan sapu dgn glaze. bakar lg selama 5min.
