Bahan:
Puff Pastry:
100g butter
150g plain flour
4 eggs
250ml water
pinch of salt
Cara:
- heat butter in pan with 250ml water. bring to the boil
- pour over with flour.
- stir continuously, until dough forms. remove fr heat.leave to cool
- breaks eggs into dough. mix well with hand blender
- leave to stand fo 1 hr
- using icing bag & star nozzle, squeeze out to square or circle pattern
- bake 200 deg C for 15-20min
Cream custard:
- 1 tbs corn flour*
- 1 tbs custard powder*
- 4 tbs sugar*
- 1 egg*
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tbs butter
- combine marked * with 2 tbs of evaporated milk. mix well
- pour remaining milk. mix
- cook in microwave for few min until thicken
- once thicken, stir every 1 min. until desired thickness
- for shining finish, stir in with butter.leave to cool
