Japanese Style Sweet Bun

Bahan:
375g bread flour*
100g plain flour*
35g milk powder*
75g caster sugar*
3/4 teaspoon salt*
1 teaspoon bread improver*
7g instant dry yeast
1 egg, lightly beaten
150ml water - atau kurang bergantung kpd kepekatan water-roux paste
40g butter( i used 20g shortening + 20g butter

Cara:
  • ayak bahan *. masukkan yeast. gaul sebati. masukkan water-roux paste, telur. dan air. gaul sebati.
  • masukkan dalm bread maker . select dough only program (1 1/2 jam).
  • keluar kan dari breadmaker, bentukkan. biarkan 1 jam.
  • sapukan glazing. bakar 190deg C atau kurang bergantung pada oven. selama 10-12 min


Water-Roux Paste

25g bread flour
125ml water
  • Campurkan bahan, kacau masak atas api perlahan sampai pekat.sejukkan

Glazing: ( buat 1/5 )
50gm gula
50ml madu
1 telur
100ml air
  • larutkan gula dgn air, masukkan bahan. kacau sebati
