Bahan-Bahannya :
4 keping daging ikan "Mayong" (ikan duri)- guna 3 ekor seabass
10 biji bendi muda
2 biji tomato, belah 2 setiap biji
1 genggam daun kesom
1/2 cawan jus asam jawa
1 cawan cili kisar
Garam dan secubit gula
7 biji bawang merah*
3 ulas bawang putih*
1/2 inci kunyit hidup*
1 inci belacan*
3/4 camca teh lada hitam biji*(*ditumbuk hingga lumat)
Air secukupnya
Cara membuatnya :
- Cuci ikan mayong, perap dengan garam dan jus limau nipis 10 - 15 minit. Cuci kembali dan toskan. Bendi dicuci dan tos. Ketepikan.
- Panaskan minyak dalam periuk, tumis bahan2 tumbuk hingga wangi, masukkan cili kisar dan masak hingga terbit minyak. Tuang air secukupnya (kurang lebih 600ml atau mengikut keperluan). Biar mendidih.
- Masukkan ikan dan jus asam jawa. Tambah bendi (sebab bendi muda, tak payah kerat, cuma perlu buang sedikit tangkainya). Bila mendidih, tambah daun kesom, tomato dan garam secukup rasa serta sedikit gula. Rasa dan jika ok boleh matikan api.

Gemuknya pokok kesum tu.Pokok kita dah mati sebab tinggal g holiday.Merajuk kot..tak bagi dia minum..

While your food looked tantalising, I am actually most impressed by the picture of your pokok kesum. It looks almost too pretty to eat....do u keep indoor during winter and do u use any kind of fertiliser...Ramadhan Mubarak...
anyway thx for visiting my blog.regarding pokok kesom. i have them indoor all year round. just place them near a window. also the i m using closed pot- no drainage hole.and the water must be banyak, macam tanam dlm "paya". coz poko so big now, i have water every 2 days. kalau tanah kering skit, pokok macam nak layu. this pokok would last 4 2 yrs. early spring i potong balik, semai baru. fertilizer taruk apa2 jer..
