1 asam keping
garam
Bahan kisar:
5 biji cili kering-redam air panas
1/2 biji bawang besar
1 bawang putih sz kecil
1 sk kunyit serbuk
4 hiris lengkuas
Sayur:optional
timun, cili besar, cauliflower, tomato

Hi Jo, do you mind if I ask you this? are you Indonesian or malaysian? some of your food just remind me alot with my hometown. This gulai ikan is one of my fav!!!! My mom loves to cook this dish with lots of thai pepper.
