Sweet n Sour Crispy Duck

crispy duck:
duck breast-thinly stripped-kulit mesti byk.baru crispy
1 egg
cornflour+ pinch of salt
veg oil

3 garlic-chopped
2 red chili
1 onion
4 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp plum sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
sugar & salt to taste
  • Beat the egg, coat the duck in it, then dip the chicken in the cornflour. Shake off excess then deep fry on high heat until crispy (lama..15min, rasa la, klu x ranggup masuk balik dlm minyak panas :)). Drain and put to one side.
  • In a wok, fry onion, carrot in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Add chilli and stir for 30 seconds, Thai sweet chilli sauce and sweet & sour sauce, lastly, add duck, stir and serve with egg fried rice.
