Yummmmmyyyyyyy. Baby. cam maner nak kurus ni!
Original recipe from umi_e@myresepi.com. tp tambah air sedikit. 1st time buat popia basah ni. menjadi la pulak. Sorry baby, no rice for our dinner tonite :)
Bahan-bahan Kulit:
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 biji putih telor
1 cawan air+ 3 tbs air (more or less)
2 sudu makan cuka (lemon juice pun bole)
secubit garam
campurkan semua bahan2 kulit kedalam bekas, kacau hingga sebati, perap selama 1hr. Mixture ni pekat macam nak buat cekodok. Resepi umi_e guna 3/4 cup air, tp i tambah sikit lg, kalau tidak, pekat sangat, tak boleh nak goreng pakai crepes stick. Sementara itu boleh sediakkan inti popia.
Bahan-bahan Inti:
1 kotak Tesco family stir fry mix (tauge,carrot,cabbage,etc)
Sedikit ayam-mince
1 tbs oyster sauce
2 garlic
1 onion
1 tbs udang kering
blend all ingredient, tumis, masukkan ayam, lastly veg. masak sekejap. Sejat, biarkkan sejuk.
