Savory Crepes

Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
3/4 cup fresh milk
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
3 tbs vegetable oil or melted butter
salt

other:
Crepe pan set-see picture below

methods:
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and oil, pour into a strainer over a bowl. keep in the fridge for 1 hr. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Continue until all batter is gone.
Filling:
1 can tuna-drained well
1 can mushroom-drained well
grated cheese
melted butter
  • Grease pan with a very small amount of butter. lay flat 1 cepes on the heated pan. Sprinkle with tuna, mushrooms and grated cheese
  • Fold , brush with melted butter. cook till crispy. best served warm
