Non-Dairy Harisa & Tamar From KIN

recipe adapted from Nadwah

Bahan:
1 1/2 cup suji flour/semolina
1/4 cup butter- guna soya butter
3/4 cup plain yogurt- guna : 3/4 susu soya + 3 tbs lemon juice + 1 tbs lemon zest
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
hazel nut/ alomond flakes-utk tabur masa bakar

Syrup :*
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
2 tbs lemon juice

*tak buat syrup. kuih ni pun dah cukup manis, cuma kering. tp tia suka juga. senang nak pegang. tak melekit sgt.
Cara:
  • masak sirap, sejukkan
  • cairkan butter. masukkan suji. kacau sebati.-A
  • dlm bekas lain. satukan gula,bpowder, yogurt-B
  • masukkan B dalam A. kacau sebati. bakar 180 degC 30min atau hingga perang
  • bila dah masak. siram dgn syrup.
