Banoffee Pie

Bahan:
sweet pastry-click here
whipping cream-pukul dgn sedikit gula
2-3 biji pisang-potong nipis
toffee filling

Toffee Filling:
75g butter
50g dark brown sugar
300gm susu pekat manis
3 sb fresh milk atau susu sejat
  • panaskan butter api sederhana, masukkan gula. masak hingga gula cair. masukkan susu pekat manis & susu cair. atas api sederhana, kacau sentiasa hingga pekat. *senang hangit!!
  • sejukkan 5min. curah atas pastry. susun pisang. hias dgn whipped cream. chilled . eat cold
