Soft Crust Pizza

dough :
450gm plain flour
280 ml water
2 tbs yeast
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs level salt
1 crushed garlic
1 tbs olive oil
all goes into the bread maker

dust dengan tepung(dough ni lembik, need lots of extra flour for dusting)
leperkan dengan tangan
avoid guna rolling pin

letak pre-heated base
cucuk dengan fork

covered with tomato paste
Topping: aubergine,anchovies, tomato,onion, buffalo mozzarella
assemble topping. bake in preheated oven, no more 10-12 min at 180 deg

nb : similar to napoleon style pizza. our family's favorite recipe. soft and chewy base not like other American style pizza

tip sources:
for softer crust, doubling your pans (stacking one on top of another).
the other secret of success is using a pizza stone. put this in the oven when it is cold and then turn your oven onto its hottest temperature. when you are ready to assemble your pizza, roll out the dough and carefully place it on the hot stone. quickly assemble your toppings . place it back in the oven for about 10 minutes and that’s it. i let the stone reheat for the second pizza while we are eating the first.
