Scale Layered Cake ( Kek Lapis Sisik Ikan ).AlongRoz

NGREDIENTS:
10 Egg yolk*
2 Egg white*
250g Castor Sugar*
1 tbsp Ovalette*
75ml chilled Water*
3/4 can Serikaya* (1 can is 300g)
160g Horlicks*
250g Hong Kong flour
300g Butter
4 tbs Condensed Milk
4 packet of Haw Flakes

METHOD:
1. Place all ingredients marked* in a mixer bowl & beat with high speed until fluffy & thick. (Tips: The bowl need to be big enough to handle the volume which get doubled up)
Fold in flour gradually until well mixed.

2. In a separate bowl, beat butter & condensed milk until white & fluffy.
Combine into the earlier mixture.

3. Grease & line 8 inch square tin.
Spread about 2 big scoop into the tin & grill until the top is evenly brown.
Take the tin out from oven and press surface with cake presser to ensure even layer.
Repeat for second layer.
Arrange haw flake by inserting through the two layers at 45 degrees angle.
Repeat the above process until all batter is used up.

4. For all layered cakes, I always bake the cake at 180C for 30 minutes as the last step to ensure that the cake is properly cooked through.

Muffin blueberry & white choc drop

resepi c&p pandan muffin from MATGEBU. thanks abang mat =:)

Bahan-Bahannya :
180 g mentega tanpa garam (unsalted butter)
140 g gula halus
2 biji telur gred A
80 ml susu segar
1 camca teh esen vanilla
220 g tepung gandum*
2 camca teh baking powder*(*disatukan dan diayak)
1 camca teh pandan paste
Sedikit coklat cip untuk hiasan (optional)

Cara membuatnya :-)

1. Putar mentega, masukkan gula dan putar hingga putih. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan putar hingga kembang. Masukkan esen vanilla dan putar lagi.
2. Perlahankan speed dan masukkan tepung berselang seli dengan susu cair hingga habis. Gaul rata. Akhir sekali masukkan pandan paste dan gaul rata.
3. Sudukan ke dalam acuan muffin kegemaran 3/4 penuh, tabur sedikit coklat cip dan bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 175C selama 20 - 25 minit atau hingga masak. Bergantung pada oven masing2..

Kesum Lagi


pasu yg paling kanan tu pokok asal( kesum gajah yg entry bawah ni). lepas di potong pendek, daun simpan dalam freezer. batang2 semai balik. InsyaAllah pasu yg besar belakang tu akan hasilkkan kesum gajah yg baru .

Aku dan Kesum

cara2 nak tanam pokok kesum utk yg tinggal negara sejuk cam ireland ( haha..cam terer)

bahan2:
1 bekas -yg tak di tebuk bawahnya eg baldi, tong sampah. Jo guna bekas size 10litres, jadi tak perlu nak tukar2 pasu bila pokok besar.
ranting pokok kesum secukupnya - yg beli kat asia market, buang daun2 dulu..
compost secukupnya
air secukupnya
baja secukupnya - jo guna baja rose slow release, baja 1 kali aje. agaknya klu rajin baja lagi besar.

Cara:
  • masukkan compost kedalam bekas.
  • masukkan air byk2 sampai air bertakong macam lecak
  • cucuk ranting pokok kesum sepenuhnya
  • taruk sedikit baja- kalau nak taruk later pun ok
  • simpan dalam rumah.
  • tambah air kalau air makin kurang. kalau kurang air pokok akan kering, layu..mati.
  • lepas setahun jadi la macam dlm gambar ni.
  • jo tak potong pokok ni. kalau nak guna, petik ajer daun2 tu. Kak Hani Ogawa punya daun kesum berbunga. jo punya tak pernah berbunga..mabuk daun kot.
  • lepas setahun dalam bulan 3, boleh la potong pendek pokok ni, tanam baru. gambar ni sebelum jo cantas pendek . daun2 yg di petik simpan dlm freezer. itu saja rakan2.
  • kalau rajin tu kasi la baja...apa2 baja pun ok.
