  • 500g bread flour
  • 240 soya milk
  • 35g oil
  • 5g bread improver
  • 100g sugar
  • 1tbs yeast
  • 5g baking powder

    hi,
    i came across ur blog & luv ur pau baking. did u bake (how many degrees, length of baking time) / steam it (for how long)?

    hi yoke,
    i steam method normally took 15 min to cook.
