Beef Skewer

Ingredients:
beef-striped
bambo skewers
freshly ground pepper
fresh rosemary
salt
oliver oil
  • season the beef with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. skewer them with bamboo sticks . Pour 2 tablespoons of the olive oil on the beef skewers, lay the rosemary on top of the beef.refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • over high heat, drizzled frying pan with some oil.place the beef skewers in the pan. cook to desired tenderness.
sauce:
2 tbs butter
1-2 tbs flour
ground pepper
1/4 cup mushroom-chopped
1 large onion-diced
1 tbs pati ayam
water

others:
roast parsnip
roast sweet potatoes
roast garlics
green salad
